The Georgia Department of Revenue is hiring a Customer Service Rep 1 in the Motor Vehicle Division. This role reports to the Customer Service Supervisor and handles high call volume, emails, and customer support using contact center tools.
Minimum Entry Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED and one (1) year of experience handling questions, complaints, and/or providing information in a customer service setting.

- Collaborate effectively across multiple teams and units
- Take ownership of your actions and accept both positive and negative outcomes

Preferred Qualifications
- 1 year of contact center experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Location & Schedule
- South Metro Office: 4125 Welcome All Road, Atlanta, GA 30349
- Office hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm. Start time may be adjusted to 7:30am based on business needs.
- Telework may be available based on performance after training and is subject to change per DOR policies.
