Job Description:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree with 18 semester hours in Economics; graduate hours in education or teaching are not sufficient.
  • Experience teaching face-to-face and online course; Blackboard platform preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and work ethic.
  • Willingness to teach in-person courses at all Athens Technical College locations.
  • Willingness to teach Athens Technical College courses in-person at area high school campuses.
  • Willingness to teach using all college approved methods (Ex. Face-to-face, online audio/video, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous teaching experience at the post-secondary level.
