Clinical Laboratory Technology Instructor-Part Time

The Clinical Laboratory Technology Instructor is responsible for teaching courses in the Clinical Laboratory Technology program on the Clarkesville Campus during day and/or evening hours. Responsible for setting up labs and implementing the processes necessary to provide hands-on experience for the students. Familiarity with NAACLS guidelines for Clinical Laboratory Technology Programs.


Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Lab/Medical Lab Technology, Biology or Chemistry AND current CLS/MLS or MT certification *AND* 3 or more years recent work experience in a Clinical/Medical Laboratory 

 

Preferred Qualifications:


Master's Degree

Teaching Experience in a Clinical Lab Program

Minimum qualifications for this position will be determined by the teaching discipline and compliance with appropriate accrediting bodies. Faculty must be credentialed to satisfy all appropriate accrediting bodies for the course assigned.
