Henry County Developmental Disabilities – Day Services

Supervising Developmental Disabilities individuals at the center and in the community. Maintaining charts, daily progress notes in the electronic charting system, attendance, transportation, monthly calendars and monitor ISP goals and train individuals as needed. Assist with toileting needs and maintain annual training requirements. Driver's License required.

NOTE: McIntosh Trail Community Service Board conducts background checks on all final candidates. Hiring of applicants is contingent upon satisfactory results of:

Fingerprint Based Background Check of the Georgia and Federal Criminal History Record 
Database
Drug Screen
Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for seven years

TB testing will be required upon appointment. If you have previously tested positive for TB, you will be required to bring a copy of your chest x-ray on your first day of orientation.
