Appellate Division- Administrative Assistant III
The Appellate Division in the Central Office is seeking to hire a Chief Administrative Assistant. This position will be in-person (no remote work) in downtown Atlanta. The position will require the applicant to display significant experience as a legal administrative assistant. Applicant will be required to ensure that the Appellate Attorneys state-wide have support with their schedules and filings. The applicant must be organized, be able to multi-task, and also have strong interpersonal skills, as they will need to communicate with courts and attorneys state wide. Paralegal training and 10 years of administrative experience is preferred.

Description of Duties: The Administrative Assistant III will perform a wide range of office administrative duties to support the legal staff, office, and clients. The primary duties include, but are not limited to, drafting documents, data entry, case management, and providing assistance in court. This position may serve as a primary contact and information source for the assigned unit or program. Performs other related duties as required.
