Duties & Responsibilities: Processes personnel and/or position actions and resolving related problems. Processes payroll information, distributes paychecks, performs benefit enrollments and/or claims processing. May supervise technical or support staff.
Minimum Training & Experience: High school diploma and two years experience performing personnel related functions Or One year at the lower level or position equivalent (HRT011) Or Associate's degree
Agency Specific Qualifications and/or Preferred Qualifications: At least 3 years experience providing administrative/clerical support in an office environment. Experience in a Human Resources office is preferred, but not required. Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, and organizational skills. Must have strong computer skills with advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and the Internet. PeopleSoft and Kronos experience is preferred, but not required.
